এতদ্বারা সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনটিআরসিএ) এর ব্যবস্থাপনায় গৃহীত অষ্টাদশ শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষা-২০২৩ এ চূড়ান্তভাবে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্র (e-Certificate) প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্র (e-Certificate) প্রস্তুতের কার্যক্রম চলমান রয়েছে। পরীক্ষার্থী তার নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষার রোল, ব্যাচ, ইউজার আইডি এবং পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করে অষ্টাদশ শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষার ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্র (e-Certificate) এনটিআরসিএ-এর ওয়েবসাইট হতে ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন। ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্র (e-Certificate) ডাউনলোডের কার্যক্রম ১৮ জুন ২০২৫ খ্রিঃ তারিখ থেকে শুরু হয়েছে।

০২। অষ্টাদশ শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষা-২০২৩ এ চূড়ান্তভাবে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীগণ তাঁদের রোল, ব্যাচ ও জন্ম তারিখ ব্যবহার করে ৬ষ্ঠ নিয়োগ সুপারিশ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

০৩। যেসকল প্রার্থীর ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্রে (e-Certificate) নিজ নাম, পিতার নাম, মাতার নাম এবং স্থায়ী ঠিকানায় ভুল পরিলক্ষিত হবে তাঁদেরকে ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্র (e-Certificate) ডাউনলোড করার পর নির্ধারিত ফিসহ নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফর্মে ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্র (e-Certificate) সংশোধনের জন্য এনটিআরসিএ কার্যালয়ে আবেদন দাখিল করতে অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।

০৪। যেসকল প্রার্থীর নিজ জন্ম তারিখে ভুল থাকায় ৬ষ্ঠ নিয়োগ সুপারিশ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আবেদন করতে পারবেন না তাঁদেরকে ই-প্রত্যয়নপত্র (e-Certificate) ডাউনলোড ব্যতীতই নির্ধারিত ফিসহ নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফর্মে নিজ জন্ম তারিখ সংশোধনের জন্য এনটিআরসিএ কার্যালয়ে আবেদন দাখিল করতে অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।
